you talk loudly in the bar
like you are on vacation
you laugh a big fake laugh
horribly mirthful
if you talked that loudly
every day where you live
people would grow to hate you
but who knows
they might already
your other freinds arrive
each time i can tell
because you get louder
absolutely thrilled
out of your mind
not to be an asshole but
if i was as thrilled as you sound
i'd have a massive heart attack
and they'd have to take me away
in a rubber body bag
finally it is time to go
i hear you all the way out
and now i can relax
as you shriek with delight
in the street
