i'm glad you judged me harshly
i'm glad you condemned me
i'm glad you think i'm defective
because now
i get to practice unrequested kindness
i get to love without expectations
and be compassionate when no one is
i'll never be rid of my old tired ideas
or challenge myself unless i have you
... saying you're more virtuous than me
i'll never be rid of my old tired ideas
or challenge myself unless i have you
... saying you are more trustworthy than me
i'll never be rid of my old tired ideas
or challenge myself unless i have you
... saying you are more honest than me
so thank you

That's right, turn the table and use it like like a boomerang; cosmic mirror or somethin' like that.
Thanks for the comment, thank you for reading my work. There's a Tibetan prayer and part of if goes "...may whatever happens to me, become a part of my practice." So this includes even things that I feel are difficult or unfair. But what is realty, what is difficult or unfair? My ego is a crazy referee making rules up to a nonexistent game, my ego is a confirmed liar of a CEO of a company that is bankrupt. The only reality I can rely on, or have faith in, is being tolerant, compassionate, and generating Bodhicitta. And that is okay too.
